What is the difference between Government Fees and Service Charges?
Government fees are the official filing tariffs mandated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and relevant regulatory bodies. Service charges cover our consultation, document drafting, printing, physical filing runs, and accredited agent representation.
What happens if my proposed names are rejected (queried) by CAC?
If your proposed business name choices are rejected by CAC during name reservation, Bassey Compliance covers the cost of submitting alternative name options at no extra charge to you.
Are there any hidden fees after I complete payment?
No. The price displayed on our portal is 100% comprehensive and covers name search, registration, status reports, government stamps, and digital delivery. Post-incorporation filings or renewals are separate services.
Do I get a physical certificate?
Yes. In addition to high-resolution digital copies of your CAC certificate and status reports (valid for all corporate banking setup), we can courier the physical copies to your address in Nigeria for a flat delivery fee, or you can pick them up from our Ikoyi office.
